OUR NO REFUND POLICY ON FEES, RENTALS, & LARGE GROUPS

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly request your punctuality. We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes. If you happen to arrive later than that, we will do our best to seat you promptly.
To give you a GUARANTY option of booking our most exclusive and desired PRIME INDOOR TENT we charge a fee of $9.90 per person. We also offer our exceptional private room for a rental fee of $150 for up to 12 guests. We additionally offer an easy and guaranty large party reservation from 11 to 20 guests directly on our website for a fee of $5.00 per person for the regular indoor or outdoor tables.
We be happy to reschedule your reservation for no additional cost. However, we do NOT REFUND any of the fees for canceling a reservation that has a fee, no matter how much in advance the cancelation is. Again, we are more than happy to accommodate your reservation for another date and time based on availability.
